Pros
Great environement for entrepreneurial minds that thrive in an organisation where you can drive your own development journey. Great opportunities to develop skills through projects/assignments and a generous budget for learning and coaching. Also possibility to ge a share of the profit you bring to the company, I don't recognise the previous review saying that you have to pay back if you're without an assignment, this is not true. You have to wait until your profit balance is positive again, that's it and normal. But finally, maybe the best part, you can test your own innovation ideas in the Entrepreneurial Lab with the possibility to apply for funding from the company, without repayment obligations.
Cons
The Employeneurship model doesn't fit all, you need to have a mindset that you're kind of driving your own company (but with the benefits of an employee) to thrive. If you have this mindset you'll have a blast. The company is still in a scale up phase which also doesn't suit all.
