      mobility budget or company car, lots of education possibilities, transparant employer.

      Cons

      no 40 hours workweek contract for starters so no 12ADV days, eventhough contract with client might be 40hours.

      Environment,management, values, invested in employees and room to grow

      Cons

      PTO it is hard to accumulate PTO when you start as a new employee since it will also be used as sick time and mandatory holiday pay. Pay is also a large downside.
