Unappreciative Employer - Anonymous employee TME Employee Review

They do not pay employees enough for their tasks and do not recognize an individual’s contribution to the company. When I was employed there I was highly undervalued. They started me out well below the 20% for average salary of someone in my position. Additionally in the 3 years I was there my raises weren’t even significant enough to cover changes in healthcare or other taxable deductions. The demand for production was very overwhelming and required me to work a lot of overtime essentially depriving me of a personal life outside of work.
