Pros
For the employes that care they will help you regardless of their job title.most won't lift a finger.
Cons
Equipment that is broke ,gets a bandaide, sent back out till ther is no fixing it. Upper managment tries but is only as good as their counter parts, safety is a joke.The harder you work the more is expected from you.If you allow it they will work you till you break down.
