Pros

I’ve been in the BPO industry for a while now, and this company has honestly been one of the best experiences I’ve had so far. The work environment is professional but still relaxed, and people here genuinely care — not just about results, but about each other. Supportive management – My team leads and managers are approachable, open to feedback, and always willing to help out when needed. Growth opportunities – If you’re proactive and show results, there are clear paths to grow your career. I’ve seen several colleagues get promoted within a year. Good work culture – People here respect one another. There’s a strong sense of teamwork and positive energy. Decent work-life balance – Of course, BPOs are fast-paced, but here they really do try to balance workloads and respect off-hours. Every company has its ups and downs, but this place genuinely tries to do right by its people. If you’re looking to build a career in the BPO space with the right support and culture, this is a great place to start or grow. I’d definitely recommend it.

Cons

Shift Work: As with most BPOs, night shifts or rotational shifts may be required depending on the client account – not ideal for everyone.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
