No pros, really. just stay away

This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. I strongly advise against working here. As an immigrant, I understand how important it is to earn money and secure a contract, but believe me—you’ll end up in even worse conditions with this company. I should have realized it on the very first day, when the trainer told us not to forget that we are replaceable. That alone says everything about how little this company values its employees. They do not care about you as a person—only as a number. During my time here, every action they took made that perfectly clear. You are not treated with respect, and your well-being means nothing to them. If you’re considering applying, please look at other options first. Only apply here as an absolute last resort.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
