Unprofessional leadership. Always threatening to put you on PIP and HR action to replace you. They will find ways not to pay you your bonus/commission. Lead by a bunch of Indians who never worked in Canada. Their first work experience in Canada is TP ; they implement their Indian work culture to Canada. Very very toxic management. Their HR also is inefficient and dont bother, they will never get back to you regarding your concerns even after multiple followups. They don't want employees to stay long term so they always are pushing you to quit if you have been in system for 1 year or longer. No proper vacation guidlines. Some weird vacation policy which basically would mean you won't be paid if you take days off. They are taking advantage of the people as their are no jobs in market. Everyone working there are looking to leave, only because of the toxic management. They force you to leave your phones and jackets outside the locker saying security concerns, which don't make sense. You can't even keep it in pockets. The list is endless , I can go on and on. Just stay away from them.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
