Ticket resto au bout de 6 mois , chèque kdo à Noël..

Tellement ! Plus ça va plus c’est pire ! Turn over permanent, jour de carence + élevé , nouvelle convention qui oblige les employés à du 39h par semaine (semaine haute /basse) pause ne sera plus inclus dans le temps de travail mais en + et diminué de moitié (20 min de pause pour 8h de travail au lieu de 40 aujourd’hui (choquant) cela pousse à bout ils veulent enlevé le peu davantage que les employés ont alors que ce travail est épuisant , usant , prenant physiquement psychologiquement comment cela est il possible! pourquoi ne pas prendre soin des employés ,garder leurs avantages acquis pour plus de plaisir à aller travailler c’est révoltant pour les jeune et les plus vieux qui laisse leurs santé dans ce travail sans perspective d’avenir épanouissant et sans d’autres choix.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
