      Pros

      Working for TP is fine and you get a lot of support with relocation and for people from outside the EU they get a visa/work permit/residence permit. Salary for languages such as Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish is good and there are performance bonuses available. Some projects don't have a high workload and it's nice to not use too much energy at work and have that energy left for your personal life. Supervisors are usually nice and if you work in-office you will have nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Salary for southern and eastern European languages is lower and it can be hard to live comfortably off of the salary. Some projects have a high workload. The work is, obviously, not the most interesting.

      Pros

      All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

      Cons

      It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
