Trabajar en TP es una experiencia increíble, ya que hay demasiadas campañas que te ayudarán a crecer tanto laboral como personalmente. Tienen un increíble ambiente laboral y lo mejor es que los horarios son muy cómodos para seguir estudiando y trabajando.
Cons
El único contra que veo, sería que hay varios site para trabajar, dejandote pensando en cual ir. Ya que cada site, es muy bueno, y tiene lo suyo.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.
Cons
Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
