      Pros

      IF you are lucky you get to stay in a nice house You can make lots of friends Cool opportunity to work abroad

      Cons

      You will have no idea who you'll be sharing your apartment with. The company doesn't care about your needs and problems in the flat unless you are about to die I think Salary is really basic You have to be on the right project at the right time, basically a russian roulette! I left after six months because they didn't care about my need to change the accomodation due to rude flat mates and unlivable place, basically you are just a number

      Pros

      All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

      Cons

      It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
