Pros

Friendly colleges easy job don't need to think about the job after work

Cons

- If you signed the contract which included the TP apartment, the will control everything (every week/second your apartment get checked, if your room is open-they will enter. no one cares!! its the truth i talked with one of them who's doing that ***) - Salary is less paid - booking vacation is not possible because too much people from different projects applied for vacation already , thats nonsense!!! - need wait up to 2 weeks to get answered easy questions from employee support - supervisors (most of them are really friendly/ take care about you, my opinion) but they don't know anything about their project - **** clean desktop policy !!! (only water to drink, no paper.. .whatever) nonsense, its just to look good in front of there clients - no benefits, rewards for good/more work - you need to sign the contract, otherwise you don't get paid for the training - 1 day absence you will not get paid for this day ( if you're sick and don't find a english speaking doctor...your*re ... !!) - too many crazy people, have no money 2 weeks after payday. thats annoying resume: Wer nur spaß haben möchte, keinen Wert auf Karriere legt, sich gerne ausnutzen lässt, nur eine Nummer im System sein möchte, für den ist Teleperformance genau das richtige

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
