Pros

I worked as a technical support specialist for 1,5 years for Apple Inc. with Russian language. Pros: - Interesting people working with you from different European countries; - Relocation package - they will give you free 2 weeks in a hostel but they won't pay for your flights; - When a good manager was still in charge, we would receive free Apple T-shirts sometimes and his managing was very satisfying; - Company will bring few free pizzas once Apple releases a new product/system, but you will never see more than 1 slice a year; - 100% Paid sickness for 3 months, but I won't praise Teleperformance for that as it is German law.

Cons

- You get lowest salary possible in Germany (minimum wage); - You get a free weekend maximum twice a month; - You will need to work 7-10 days in a row, in order to get a free weekend; - You will not be praised for your good job; - You will not get any benefits; - Coffee is disgusting and it is not free; - No team building events; - There is no space and not enough chairs in the kitchen, I remember some people sitting on the trash bin; - Phone connection is terrible - everyone's angry but they all blame only you; - You will not get any time to test your devices - you will have to do that at home during your own free time !!!; - Insane routine - calls over and over and over, maximum waiting time 2 minutes; - Stupid Apple system - longer you work and more experience you have - more clients you will receive and less waiting time; - You will get a free break for 5 minutes once an hour, but you can't go anytime you want, if you exceed it - you will get morals; - Google and all other websites are forbidden and blocked; - Summer will be HELL, as it is insanely hot and there are no equipped conditioners in the building, they will bring HUGE movable ones and put them in front of your table and you will NOT hear ANYTHING at all!; - Rude dissatisfied customers; - You will need to work like a horse for those positive results and NO ONE will appreciate it; - Mean unskilled and fake supervisors (There is one who does not like girls, in my opinion, but she will always be kind to male co-workers and there is one more who is old and she doesn't know anything at all and no one even considers to ask her anything and she is rude and mean as hell); - If you skipped your lunch, you will need to write HR a letter and beg them if you can go to eat; - First schedule starts at 5:50 and the last one at 12:35. When the clock is moved further - first - 6:50, last 13:35; - You can't take holidays any time you want, you need to plan them one year before; - You will not be allowed to speak in any other language than Russian; - You will have to work during bank holidays and they pay only 45% more; - For Sunday they pay only 25% more (like 3 euros per day more, lol); - Office is very small and there are way too many people, so you don't even have a place to sit and you need to switch seats over and over; - People tend to steal your headphones and SV blames only you; - Company is twisted, PARANOID; - No Christmas bonuses or even parties; - 1st of January is day off for everyone, but they don't count it as a bank holiday - they give you a day off one from 2 days you get in a week; - My friend had to work on New Years eve until 10 pm; - Work-life balance - 0 ! - You will have NO life working here at all; - Constant stress - customers and SV's are pushing you all the time to all sides. Me, as a girl, finished crying one day in the office and I never came back.

Pros

The hiring process was quick and efficient. During onboarding for my initial position, the equipment arrived on time and setup was straightforward. As a seasonal Medicare Sales Agent working through a third-party vendor, I appreciated the opportunity to gain industry experience. While my role was limited due to the seasonal nature of the position, it strengthened my customer service, sales, and communication skills. It increased my interest in pursuing a long-term career in healthcare and insurance.

Cons

Transitioning to a new role within the company was extremely frustrating. After my seasonal assignment ended, I spent approximately five months attempting to move into another campaign. I accepted a position in December and attended multiple technical checks, but the equipment issues were never resolved. Rather than providing updated equipment, repeated attempts were made to use older equipment that was not functioning properly. Because I was still tied to the pending position, I was unable to apply for other opportunities within the company until the role was officially closed and the equipment returned. After several technical checks went unresolved, I ultimately decided to stop pursuing additional roles with the company.
