Great people to work with!

The pay and incentives is a joke as well as the benefits(you can't make a very good living working there)!!! Some of the management do a poor job of running things and there is a lot of favoritism involved when it comes to moving around or promotions! Their outlook on customer service is slim to none!! It's all about how many calls you take for the client you are working for and make sure that you are keeping calls short and sweet which means blowing off the customer most of the time. I felt a lot like an open door policy hardly exists and management as well as HR were too busy or took forever to get back with you about things. I have found a lot more satisfaction elsewhere than Teleperformance!

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
