Where do I begin?
You will stress about this job. You will dream about missing targets. Think about this, and ask whether you want to work for a company that does this to their employees.
Management said results don't matter for the first 3 months, which is a lie because I was sacked after 2.5 months because of my results. They put you on a 2 week Performance Evaluation Plan, which is basically a 2 week notice for you to start looking for a new job. There's no "plan" at all from management to help you improve.
They hide everything from their employees, but even the team leaders in some cases.
They have Australia's worst HR department. So much so they were probably hired through Centrelink. They are tactless, soulless, and opportunistic. We went through a slow period in the second half of the year, at times only taking 1 call which lasted only 15 minutes during an 8 hour shift. How can you possibly improve your stats when you're barely getting any calls?
They make you casual because your easier to sack, and they call you "customer service" even though your actually "technical support" because it's cheaper to employ you (lower wage for employees).
A poorly managed company, I'll be surprised if they last into 2019.
