Many entry level positions and frequent opportunities for advancement. Most leadership roles are filled by people who have worked their way up through the company.
Cons
As an outsourcer, Teleperformance typically offers lower pay and benefits than would be offered for comparable positions in non-outsourcer companies. The culture is poor. Many Teleperformance employees do not respect their employer or their colleagues.
