Pros

The pay is actually pretty good.

Cons

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This company treats its employees more like prisoners than anything else. You can legit be terminated just for bringing your paychecks the floor. They care absolutely nothing about your life or well-being. As a rep, you are expected to show up to work and that's it and please dont get me started on training. Training absolutely sucks, I've had much better trainers; watching paint dry is more exciting. This company hires anyone..literally. I know because my trainer made this very clear to us during license training.

Very accomplishing environment, I enjoyed speaking with customers.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
