The training I have recieved to date is second to none (this being provided by Sheehan Poucher) so much so, that during my first week of On The Job training, I reached my target for almost all of my metrics and reached 97% of all of my targets overall.
I have enjoyed the fast pace of the working environment and nothing has phased me yet due to being prepared so well.
Cons
One of the downsides might be the staff room needing done up, other than that, nothing I can see

Thank you for the wonderful review! Our goal is to make sure we provide our employees proper and extensive training to enhance their skills, provide excellent customer service and prepare them future career opportunities. Thank you for your advice as well--we will make sure to always keep that in mind.
For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.
Cons
Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
