Pros

The people I worked with were amazing - very much like bonding with people in a sinking ship of shittery

Cons

I don't even know where to start. Teleperformance is a company that will consider you a number and nothing more. Even their higher level staff have no idea what is happening, the training is extremely poor and as a bottom level employee, you will be belittled and told you are not working hard enough. They will do anything to make it so they don't have to pay you your correct wage. I could go on but to sum it up - avoid at all costs. It is not worth the deterioration of your physical and mental health, no matter how much you think you need the money.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
