Pros

It is a job and it is a decent entry level position just don't stay too long and lose yourself. - Attractive starting pay for entry level - Semi-relaxed work environment - Paid training - Helps you develop a tough shell - Almost impossible to get fired, though they will threaten you a lot after you're there for awhile - You can make friends and there's just about every type of person there

Cons

The workplace is a dusty fluorescent light lit work area. The computers are pretty bare bones and have the tendency to lag and crash and cause your tools to cease functionality, which will just exacerbate the frustration of customers on your line. This isn't the job for someone who cannot take criticism and stress it will break you either the people you talk to will or the management will crush your will to care anymore. Again this is a job but my personal recommendation is go somewhere else even if it pays less because it's not worth the stress or frustration. This job over my time at the company completely changed me from who I used to be and many other employees present and past will say the same. - Sanitation- ie. sneezed on computer screens which are your responsibility to clean (you'll be sick a lot) - Broken workstations/equipment - You are only as good to them as your numbers they can be your friend one minute and the next not so much - Poor compensation on some projects - Unprofessional Managers- who will swear scream and belittle you - Abysmal HR department (slow and have to submit things more than once) - Have to watch pay stubs closely because they will mess them up a lot (they've been sued for unpaid wages before) - They don't accept doctors notes when you're sick unless you out for 6 consecutive shifts which falls into LOA - Promotions are usually a popularity contest - You are not allowed to go to the restroom whenever you need to you have 30 mins of break daily and a lunch that's it - Parking is non-existent -You have to check your stubs to make sure you are paid holiday pay as well as overtime. - Impossible to maintain metrics (call time, satisfaction rating, etc.) - Constantly hiring and not taking account of current employees parking and having an available workstation - Poor communication this company will change your schedule while you are on vacation and not tell you - When you are on vacation and upon your return there will be times they yell at you for your stats even though you've been on vacation - Your health will decline (Weight Gain, Depression, Irritability, Migraines)

Pros

The hiring process was quick and efficient. During onboarding for my initial position, the equipment arrived on time and setup was straightforward. As a seasonal Medicare Sales Agent working through a third-party vendor, I appreciated the opportunity to gain industry experience. While my role was limited due to the seasonal nature of the position, it strengthened my customer service, sales, and communication skills. It increased my interest in pursuing a long-term career in healthcare and insurance.

Cons

Transitioning to a new role within the company was extremely frustrating. After my seasonal assignment ended, I spent approximately five months attempting to move into another campaign. I accepted a position in December and attended multiple technical checks, but the equipment issues were never resolved. Rather than providing updated equipment, repeated attempts were made to use older equipment that was not functioning properly. Because I was still tied to the pending position, I was unable to apply for other opportunities within the company until the role was officially closed and the equipment returned. After several technical checks went unresolved, I ultimately decided to stop pursuing additional roles with the company.
