Pros

The payment is for a spanish call center not bad

Cons

- The money is not worth it. - Micromanaging is key - You have to justify every movement - You can not reach the KIP`s and get a bonus - They treat you like a bot -They want to follow their rules without any questioning - No one is longer than a 7 months in that company - It is a very unhealthy work situation - you get mentally very sick - You get public humiliated when you don`t reach your targets - You have 6 weeks of training where someone screams at you that you are an as(peeep) and you should sell sell sell - discovery is key... They talk to you if you are in the army and the internet plus phone is your battlefield. I guess it is an American thing, but it is hard to take in when you are not used to it. - They make you sign things you would never agree to, but if not it would be even worth

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
