Pros

Teleperformance is one of the best company to work if you are just starting your career in BPO. Their qualifications are not that high. This company has a really great environment, with friendly and approachable people. The working atmosphere is good and stress free. In this conpany they will help you grow and develop your skills. They invest in skills and potential, so the span of training should be enough to develop the skills needed and be knowledgable with the account. They also offer good salary and good incentives.

Cons

We all know there is no perfect companies. At first the atmosphere seems easy. But suddenly they will inform you with more rules, they will become stricter. Also the salary is not that high. The Salary is not the best but also not the worse.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
