Pros

Salary on time,work from home due to pandemic.

Cons

Pathetic level of management,if it's there software issue thene also we have to extend the shift, everyday working 10hrs of shift,fells like really frustrating, management people talk such senseless thinks after knowing the things if they have low data of production they ask for ur target after knowing they don't have the flow.if you want to work in such organisation go for it.and the work don't justify the pay which has been offer to us.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
