Pros

Full time, decent pay, opportunities to bonus

Cons

Worst place ever. I first thought it was going to be a good place to work. It hit some rough patches but i would suck it up because hey it's decent pay and it's not that bad. Then about a month ago 3weeks after i finished the training program they say surprise you're all going to be doing a different kind of job and now you're selling stuff. I had told the job recruiter at my interview that i am not the persuasive type and i did not want to sell anything. He said i wouldn't be. To top the changes we would all have to work later morning shifts. Before i finished the new training program 2 days before we were done they pulled us into a meeting that the next day we would be coming in at 2:30pm and work until 11. They said it "should be only for 2 weeks". The management was good before the switch and the supervisors i have now are hostile, scold me when i ask for help sometimes and then believe the lies the customer gives to get what they want and then the sup turns around and tells me that i am not doing my job when i just told her what i did. My manager is a 2 faced lair who tells me one thing then turns around and talks trash to a sup 5 feet from my face. This place has the highest turnover i have ever seen. Also they will try and screw you over when you're trying to collect unemployment.

Pros

The hiring process was quick and efficient. During onboarding for my initial position, the equipment arrived on time and setup was straightforward. As a seasonal Medicare Sales Agent working through a third-party vendor, I appreciated the opportunity to gain industry experience. While my role was limited due to the seasonal nature of the position, it strengthened my customer service, sales, and communication skills. It increased my interest in pursuing a long-term career in healthcare and insurance.

Cons

Transitioning to a new role within the company was extremely frustrating. After my seasonal assignment ended, I spent approximately five months attempting to move into another campaign. I accepted a position in December and attended multiple technical checks, but the equipment issues were never resolved. Rather than providing updated equipment, repeated attempts were made to use older equipment that was not functioning properly. Because I was still tied to the pending position, I was unable to apply for other opportunities within the company until the role was officially closed and the equipment returned. After several technical checks went unresolved, I ultimately decided to stop pursuing additional roles with the company.
