Pros

-Flexibility: I have been very fortunate to always work with managers that are flexible with my day off needs. -Growth Opportunities: In my time with Teleperformance I have received more than one opportunity to grow within the company. I have also observed that a lot of emphasis goes towards promoting from within. -Teleperformance takes care of their own. I was fortunate in seeing how when a campaign closes the company will do it's best to situate you in a different one.

Cons

-Campaigns may end. As soon who loves stability it was really daunting to learn that during your Teleperformance career you could be moved from campaign from time to time. The first time that it happened to me it was because a new campaign was started and I was offered the opportunity to join. The second time I applied for different campaigns because the one I was in was going to close. Needless to say it takes a bit of getting used to.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
