Pros

The training program is very thorough, and the customers you wind up helping are very rewarding.

Cons

All of these positive reviews seem to be from new hires who are still in training, and I thought this was a great place at the time too. Now that I’ve been here for awhile, this is what I’ve actually experienced after starting in production: - Incompetent HR. - Work schedules and policies can and do change quickly and without notice. - No accountability for management and HR. - They ask people to volunteer to work holidays, including Christmas day. If there are not enough “volunteers” you will be scheduled based on your customer survey scores (lower average scores get scheduled first), and it will count against you if you don’t work. - The employee handbook is apparently open to the interpretation of whichever authority you’re talking to. - Near-constant increase in job responsibilities and required knowledge with no increase in pay. - You cannot be entered in JUMP unless recommended by your direct supervisor. - There is absolutely no communication between supervisors or departments. - If you question anything you are treated as being difficult and a nuisance. - You cannot view your timesheets unless you are on the company computer and very little off-phone time is given to double check that everything is correct. - The attendance policy states that you can make up time to meet your schedule adherence goal for the month, but management will almost always deny the request. - The health insurance premiums are astronomical, even for 1 single person. - If you ask 2 different supervisors the same question about a policy or procedure, you will get 2 different answers.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
