Cons
I was applying for the role of interpreter. Logically, I've expected that it'd be called the same. In fact, I was in position of "Consultant", which tells nothing, frankly. We were told that we would be working mostly with day-to-day vocabulary. In fact, we were working at times with quite tricky medical vocabulary and for me it was unnerving. I also know that it was the same for few colleagues of mine. Also, you are not allowed to tell that you work remotely from Ukraine, you're supposed to say that you work in USA. Cool :) And my favorite: you're supposed to have your mic on even if you're not in the call, so that they know you are not distracting yourself with something else.
