Get screamed at and belittled by callers. At times I feel I am nothing to the callers and no backing from upper level management. No praises only harping on how long it takes to meet all of the customer's needs and how long it takes after the call to notate everything you did to meet the customer's needs. We are graded on a scale that is made to make you fail and not hit the goals and end up getting written up and threatened to loose you job. I am one to put 100 percent into every call but that is not good enough because I didn't say something the way someone else thinks I should do even though I met all the customer's needs I still fail my call. Need to do away with the failing or passing of a call and maybe listen to those long calls where you have worked through your break or lunch and therefore are out of adherence and in trouble for that as well.
