Pros

Processo seletivo transparente. Paga em dia. Plano de saúde. É um bom lugar para ter uma renda fixa.

Cons

Nível de estresse alto, pressão enorme e constante avaliações niveladas apenas em erros o que gera uma sensação de inadequação constante, mudanças nas obrigações do cargo que não estavam no contrato inicial. Adendos de contrato obrigatórios que favorecem apenas a empresa para não se comprometerem em cumprir as leis trabalhistas. Obrigatoriedade de fazer horas extras devido a alta rotatividade e dívida de horas com os clientes. Alteração de metas para pagar cada vez menos os bônus. Diferença salarial gritante entre mercados injustificada internamente pois somos “convidados” a “ajudar” colegas que ganham muito mais que nós mesmo vivendo no mesmo país e fazendo o mesmo trabalho, em outro idioma.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
