Pros

you can grow in the company if you are able to show your potential. A lot of projects to change to. Good place to learn in different fields.

Cons

Most of the management that growed in the compay are not prepared for their role, they are no proactive at all, just reactive. Few people are able to analyze and use the data properly and, even they sell themself as a good place to work, they always try to avoid paying you the money they due. Wrost HHRR department ever and impossible to fix any issue or problem contacting their online support,

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
