Inappropriate relationships between agents and members of management which creates a dramatic and gossiping environment within the office. Very poor support from HR and IT - some of the worst IT equipment I have seen given the nature of the job. HR would benefit from a course in etiquette - they don't even have the manners to address you by your name or providing theirs when emailing you so you have no idea who you are speaking with. No real benefits or incentive, ridiculous KPIs that are hard to achieve especially with constant dry queues, poor response time from HR through portal, especially when it comes to financial errors on their part. Overall, TP is a typical corporate company where you are just a number.
