Pros

Having worked at Teleperformance, I can say that it is a company that gives you many tools to grow professionally. From day one, you receive good training and constant support from supervisors. The atmosphere is dynamic and allows you to meet people from different parts of the world, which greatly enriches the experience. Additionally, schedules can be flexible, and payment is always on time, which gives a great feeling of job security.

Cons

However, not everything is perfect. In my time there, I noticed that the pressure to hit metrics could be quite stressful, especially when complicated calls or requirements piled up. The work can become monotonous and tiring at times, and internal policies were sometimes too rigid. Also, the process to grow within the company is not always as fast as you expect, which can be demotivating if you are looking to advance quickly in your career.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
