Pros

Have fun stuff at work always having games and stuff on a Friday and there are always events happening.

Cons

Management is bad, favouritism, bullying, people dieing at work and management don't take responsibility even though it's there fault, managers don't have any management skills, managers sleeping with agents, nothing happens to managers when you lay a grievance against them. To TP you are just another number. When you sick and stay absent alit they take u for DE. Someone recently went for a DE for being absent due to them having a terminal illness, how sick is that. If you voice your opinion you get bullied by management if you come for thee managers as an agent you get victimised. And there are HR BPO's that always take the companies side never the agents. People suffer from mental issues when they work at Teleperformance due to the stress and the abuse from management. This is not a great place to work for it was in the pass but not anymore. So please I beg of you for your own mental sanityeer clear from this company .

Very accomplishing environment, I enjoyed speaking with customers.

Cons

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
