Pros

- A facility to eat something inside - Pay is fine, but does not reflect my worth to this company - Some of the coworkers are like-minded, so easier to connect - Sometimes there will be a free meal

Cons

- Pay does not increase, even if you have been with TP for a year. Sure, starting pay depends on each project, but TP is the one responsible for each of THEIR EMPLOYEE'S PAY - There are opportunities of growth, but at the major cost of your health, sanity, and energy - This company expects everything from you, but barely gives anything in return - The only true time that the company offers something of benefit to you is when their client visits - Barely recognizes the work you put into this company - Overall, this job does not care. Why would they? After all, it is a business that feels like a high school.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
