The interview process is backwards and opaque. There are three test you need to take and pass to be considered. The videos of the position you watch beforehand display inconsistent salary expectations then what they tell you in person. I found a $5,000 discrepancy and errors in the response to the quizzes which I brought to managements attention and was later not offered the position because I wanted them to honor the salary that was displayed in the videos for the role.
