Tracker is a company on its last legs. Bought by a venture capitalist about a year ago the company has been loss making for at least four years. The company now runs around in circles seeking a big deal that will pull it out of its sharp nose dive. The company is basically run by consultants hired by the venture capitalist. So many people have left in the last year I lost count. I struggled to understand the direction the company was going as it changed from one week to the next. I worked hard on many projects only to see them abandoned halfway through. I struggled to get anything I needed to do my job even when all that was required was a little effort from a colleague. I have never seen such high levels of animosity between depts., such high levels of ambivalence or an IT team so in love with the word no. Unless you are desperate for work you should seeks employment elsewhere.
