There's a lot of room to create and refine processes, laying the groundwork as part of a growing company. TRG is like a 30 year start up, but so much opportunity here, not a stay in your own lane type of role. You have the opportunity to shape your role with the full support of senior leadership. Most leaders believe in trusting their employees to get the job done without micromanagement, but with substantial backing and support when needed. Success here requires a strong work ethic and the right mindset to excel! I'm loving it so far.
