Steady employment with pay if you need a job.
Cons
Management uses training as leverage to harass and hurt employees, promising it to one and then taking it away to give it to another with an explanation or a reason. This has happened often with several employees at our facility. My manager has an ego problem and bullies employees. He has been described as tyrant and a sweatshop manager. Promotions and pay are not competitive. The work-life balance does not exist. Tenure is not rewarded or appreciated here.
