Pros
Good benefits, generous PTO, challenging work and the chance to contribute to providing safer healthcare. The people in the "trenches" are great and work hard to make Trimedx a success.
Cons
Upper and mid level management are totally disconnected from the everyday worker. High turnover in upper management leads to constant change in management style, priorities and direction. Mid level managers tend to be promoted from within with little regard given to actual experience or expertise. Changes since the influx of capital from TowerBrook have led to a change in corporate culture and a general feeling of uncertainty. People are worried about lack of job security and there are very few answers coming from the C suite.
