      Cons

      - Low salary, not open to negotiating with potential employees, they basically match your previous salary and cover medical aid -Increases are minimal, just above inflation -When progressing fron Junior upwards to senior, no pay increase -You will get treated like a child on that office floor -

      Pros

      It is not a bad place to start your first two years.

      Cons

      Salary growth is bad, so people leave after two to three years. The company does not really care for high employee turnover and will just replace you with someone else.
