Pros
One can only have a great experience when the product and the people are both amazing. The product literally makes a difference in keeping people safe on the job or on the road, and the management team / peers all go out of the way and makes sure you know that it is ONE TEAM (one family). They keep you informed on how the business is performing, how you contribution is making an impact, and how you can grow as an individual (personally and professionally). Because the teams are small, they use the closer contact to ensure that you time with TRUCE is impactful and valuable
Cons
I stopped writing this review for a few days to think about the answer to this question. I have worked in many start-ups and honestly say this is a fantastic place to work. I am very happy here.
