      Pros

      friendly environment and employees inside TRooTech are "Always ready to do whatever it takes to get the work done", moreover Management is awesome! Flexible, understanding people. salary here is always on time.

      Cons

      no cab service for employees. no food facility. need to give at least one trip in a year. need to give bonus as per as review

      Pros

      Very much underrated but the company provides hike even in this market. Quality of work. You would never run out of work, mostly, which is a positive. If you are good at your work you would be operating in autonomy which is a sign of a trust on you.

      Cons

      There is too much of work at times due to which you might have to stretch. Salary on 8th which is not a con as such, but, for some it could be.
