Good Money Poor Management - Business Analyst TSD Employee Review

I have four smart, serious, and deeply talented colleagues with whom I provide advice to corporate and not-for-profit clients. Our most interesting work is for the clients who write books, champion new policies, and press for action on climate change, redressing disparities in the distribution of wealth and power, and much else.

This isn't a downside. It's a fact. Ours is an independent, boutique-sized firm. We compete, from time to time, with larger firms affiliated with one or another P.R. leviathan, good for those potential clients who find safety in numbers.

Very interesting work and lots of it; great colleagues who have worked together for a long time; clients through word of mouth so no need to market; ability to pick and choose who to work for.

So comfortable it's hard to leave...
