Pros

Above average salary and package. Lack of daily allowence for working away doesn't retain staff

Cons

Long hours (over 12h shifts), with Saturday and Sunday working expected as standard Unrealistic programmes (very paced programmes which cannot comply with TSL standards in terms of safety & quality). Many accidents and QA issues are hidden under the rug Lip service policies which don't align with day to day management of the projects Blaming culture mentality, with no room for recongnising the hard work Projects are managed in head office by company directors and not at site level. Site teams don't have any real input in critical decision making. Treated as ''must get it done even if it's wrong) People who don't sign 12h contracts are being removed before 6 month probation is completed Bullying culture across senior management

Pros

Great, kind, and hard working coworkers.

Cons

Very stressful and toxic environment. They push “safety” as their primary focus, and maybe that’s true if you’re out in the field, but in the office, there is no safety for your health, and well being. Open work environment out on the floor, and constant interruptions and noise distractions. No cubicles and no privacy. In office is mandated with no flexibility for hybrid or remote work. Overall, stay clear of this company. Maybe it’s different in their corporate UK office, but in the Canada and the US offices, good luck to you if you decide to join this company.
