Pros
- Good teamwork with fellow healthcare workers - Good learning ground due to the different patient types and people around you
Cons
- Poor support from management - No proper meal times/toilet breaks (hectic ward life) - Ideas/feedback from the ground stays stuck due to it being a big organization - Policies and workflows are very strict and very inflexible (pro and con) - Heavy workload - will be stretched when there are MCs or lack of staff
