      Pros

      This place is great to work by Turkey standards. Salaries started to be behind their competitors, but the generally peaceful environment not too bad was to improve yourself.

      Cons

      Processes need to be better defined. Too much attrition rate widely across the company in all different locations causes knowledge loss, and fresh coming engineers start to have too much trouble finding a chance to do proper steps to finish the job despite hundreds of missteps in the process.

      Flexible Time may be single pro.

      Cons

      First the backgrounds are very low. Management does have understanding what is the job. Actually there is no management here. The people have low educational and techinical background. They do not have any process, your job requirements are not clear. The company rules are not clear too, HR does not know the rules. The rules are daily changing. The company going to bankrupt in a couple of years, everyone is waiting their end.
