      Pros

      The company is among the leaders in its filed, and the customer ar big names of the fahion industry.

      Cons

      Sometimes I tink that it is still suffering from the big growth it had when it become public: the middle managers do not think as they should as managers of a international company.

      Pros

      Great management with a long-term perspective. The team makes decisions based on what will be good for the company, customers and employees in the long-term. Solid product set is enhanced with great support and a solid, long term development plan. Talented people are rewarded and encouraged to stay. Very European mindset as far as employee care works along side a very competitive, success oriented drive for business. Very good place to work.

      Cons

      Not very well known outside of Europe. That has been changing so soon it should not be an issue.
