Extended (three years) timeline to senior associate, and another three years to VP, which is longer than typical for the industry. Pay is variable by when you joined and years of experience but is generally 15% or so below market for a comparable LMM buyout firm

Great into-level PE experience, lot of deal flow, really strong junior team, nice offices.

Low pay compared to other PE firms, managing partner rules with an iron fist, less meritocratic than it should be, long promotion cycles
