Pros

NO Pros here please check the cons

Cons

1. The entire system is controlled by just 3–4 people who behave as if they own it. Any change requires going through exhaustive “WH” questions, even when the person implementing the change already understands the system. 2. The Project Management team adds little value; their involvement mostly revolves around gossip rather than productive work. They do not understand requirements clearly and simply forward them to developers. 3. The technology stack is outdated—almost a decade old—and deployments are still done manually by copy-pasting to servers because the same 3–4 people refuse to relinquish control. 4. New employees or interns receive no proper onboarding or training, yet they are assigned tasks immediately. 5. No department follows any structured process, and even when issues are raised, top management does not support implementing proper procedures. 6. HR shows minimal interest in resolving employee concerns and has failed to address even basic issues like parking—only 30 two-wheeler slots for 500+ employees. 7. Don’t be misled by designations; the job responsibilities you actually perform rarely match the title you are given.
