Pros
Work/life balance is good. The two supervisors are very friendly and understanding.
Cons
I joined Tachus with high hopes, drawn to the company's emphasis on exceptional customer service and the "helpful Texan" spirit instilled by Hal Brumfield. While I appreciate the opportunities I've been given, I've observed a shift in company culture since my initial employment. The focus has increasingly leaned towards sales targets, which can sometimes feel at odds with providing the best possible customer experience. Additionally, there's a noticeable lack of transparent communication from leadership, which creates uncertainty and frustration among employees. Opportunities for promotions and significant pay raises seem limited, which can impact employee morale and motivation. Some Tachus Customer Service Agents feel pressured to prioritize new sign-ups each month. This pressure can create a challenging work environment where the focus shifts from providing excellent customer service to meeting sales quotas.
